About this event
Forget everything you’ve learned in Trans 101!
This workshop ditches the repetitive pronoun circles and endless glossaries of the standard DEI model and instead teaches you how to tap into your greatest resource for trans inclusion: yourself.
Led by trans scholar and public figure Jules Gill-Peterson, participants will work together in a uniquely practical way to tackle what feels hardest, awkward, and anxiety-inducing about trans-inclusion.
Whether you are just starting to think about gender diversity or have a great deal of experience, this workshop will let you get to the heart of what really matters in your organization, company, or institution.
You’ll leave with a new network of like-minded professionals and a personalized agenda of action items.

This workshop will help you:

Find your strengths: Participate in breakout sessions in which you will identify the challenges you face in building meaningful trans inclusion and work with your peers on action items.
Leverage the hive mind: Build a real-time database of challenges and solutions with your fellow workshop participants.
